We've spent over half a decade solving the puzzle of network news with the team at 30 Rock. From relaunching MSNBC in HD to standardizing affiliate broadcasts with NBC Local, it's always a real challenge, but so satisfying to see it all come together and work in real-time.
CNBC asked us to spearhead a complete network rebrand. The end result was a sleek and elegant package that solidifies CNBC as the #1 business and financial news network.
Since 2010, Block & Tackle has worked closely with the team at NBC Artworks on the design and execution of the NBC News Decision graphics package, which includes logo designs, opens, full-screen graphics, lower thirds and tickers, virtual sets, interactive applications and animated set pieces. This Decision 2014 package completely replaced the on-air looks of both NBC News and MSNBC on election night.

Nightly News is NBC's flagship news program and the #1 rated newscast in America. Oh, and the musical theme was composed by John Williams. No pressure.
Rock Center was created as a serious prime-time news magazine focused on tough issues. For the show's refresh we designed an editorial inspired package that is both simple and elegant, and pays respect to the content of each episode.
