Built in the 1930s, the once glorious Hotel Cortez has degenerated into a seedy, disturbing and deadly sarcophagus...not unlike the staff that runs it and many of its ‘long time’ guests. Originally, the hotel was a deco masterpiece of marbled doors, steel columns, chandeliers and neon that catered to Hollywood’s elite.
Now, for those who live in the shadowed halls, walls and hidden passages of The Cortez, it is a place to hide, to feed, and to survive. But, there is no escape. For new guests, The Hotel Cortez is a deadly trap -- you can check-out but you can never leave.
